Key Information
Our Fall Camp-out is an Adventure Camp at a BSA-run facility, Bovay Scout Ranch. The registration sign-up is at the bottom of this page. Please review all the following information prior to registration.
On Saturday, we will follow a rotation of fun and challenging activities all over the Ranch. See image gallery on this page for an idea of what to expect.
Be prepared for a lot of walking as the activity stations are spread far apart. Bring a backpack with supplies (refillable water bottle, snacks, first aid kit, etc.) to cover several hours. A wagon would be helpful, at least per Den.
Facilities
The pack will be assigned 2-3 sites and will camp in tents (families bring their own). The campsites have an overhead shelter with park tables, a fire pit and close-by access to bathrooms and showers. Bovay also has a cafeteria, where camp-provided meals will be served starting with lunch on Saturday. First aid staff is also available on site.
What to bring
Click this link for a suggested CHECKLIST of items to bring to camp. One of the items listed is a mess-kit for each family member. In the Scouting Program, we teach our Scouts REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE. This is a great opportunity to put it into practice!

Schedule
You are free to arrive at Bovay anytime after 3 PM on Friday. Departure is by 11 AM on Sunday.
If you are not arriving on Friday for any reason, please indicate in the comments section of your Signup Genius RSVP and plan to get to Bovay on Saturday morning by the latest 8:00 AM so as not to miss any activities.
Volunteers
To help keep camp running smoothly, there are many tasks to share among our group, but luckily many hands make for light work. Each non-Leader adult camper will be required to sign up for one volunteer role on registration. Roles will be assigned if you don’t pick one!
Health & Medical Forms
BSA requires that we have copies of Health and Medical forms for each family member. These must be refreshed and submitted to Pack 10 annually, therefore all family members attending scouting activities must fill out a new form for the 2022-2023 scouting year and provide a paper copy with Kaitlyn Valerian at an in-person event prior to camping.
This is the link to the latest form: HEALTH & MEDICAL FORM.
Campout Ground Rules
Please also read and be prepared to follow the Scouting CAMPGROUND RULES prior to registering your family.
