Volunteers
Camp runs smoothly when everyone pitches in to help. To avoid too much being placed on any one or a few people, there is also a section in the SignUpGenius for all parents to sign up to help in various roles, such as: meal preparation, serving & clean-up; refilling water coolers; starting and maintaining campfire, bathroom monitor, games leader, etc.
If you do not sign up for a volunteer position at camp, one will be assigned to you. Therefore, we highly encourage you to sign up for something you might be interested in. Thank you in advance for helping!
Registration
Use the SignUpGenius link below to register for camp by Friday, April 1st. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you can pay at the March 24th Pack Meeting. Otherwise, use the second link below to submit payment to Pack 10 via PayPal.
Completed Health Forms are Mandatory for ALL Campers!
You will not be allowed to stay without one submitted for each member of your family! Please provide copies to Erika Walker at the March 24th Pack Meeting or arrange for a drop off no later than April 1st.
Forms filled out for fall camping are still good. You only need to complete once a year, unless something has changed.

FAQs
Q: What time should we arrive?
A: Pack 10 Families can arrive Friday, 4/8 as early as 2:00PM. You are welcome to arrive any time after that to set up tents and have unstructured games, fishing or campfire time Friday afternoon/evening. If possible, try to arrive no later than 6:30 if you plan to eat dinner with us. Food will be available until at least 7:30PM. If arriving for the day Saturday only, please plan to get to camp no later than 8:00AM (the gate house will not be open yet so proceed to the proceed to the “Group Hall 2” camp site and return later in the day during free time to pay the daily entrance fee).
Q: What should we bring?
A: In addition to all items needed to tent camp and sleep, don’t forget a refillable water bottle, mess kits, snacks for between meals, a flashlight, and toiletries/towel if you want to clean up in the onsite bathrooms/showers. We also encourage all campers (including scouts) to bring a small backpack to carry their own water and essentials on our hike. See the Pack 10 Camping Checklist for more ideas of what to pack.
Q: What should we wear?
A: Dress for the weather with comfortable clothing, layers, and closed toe shoes. We will be going on a short hike. Scouts are asked to wear Pack 10 T-shirts on Saturday and any other scout T-shirt on Friday/Sunday. Leaders are encouraged to wear uniforms on Saturday and scout T-shirts on Friday/Sunday.
Q: What if my Den Leader is not coming to the campout?
A: Don’t worry! If your scout’s Den Leader cannot make the camping trip, we will still have age appropriate outdoor activities for every rank to enjoy.
Q: Since Pack 10 has camped at this park before, can I see any pictures?
A: See below.
Who do I contact if I have other questions?
A: Contact Gwen Kalkomey (Pack 10’s Events Coordinator).
